Reducers from Prewel

We offer cones for various applications in the process, paper, infrastructure, and machine shop industries. The cones are manufactured and inspected according to standards. Material thickness ranges from 3-15mm or as agreed. For construction material, we use stainless steel or acid-proof duplex austenitic steel in our reducers.

Customized Reducers

Other raw materials are customized according to customer agreements. For welding methods, we use mechanized plasma welding, TIG welding, or arc welding. Our welding craftsmanship has been considered very high quality among our customers, and we have received much praise for it over the years.

We visually inspect the cones and also perform dimensional checks—if necessary, we also conduct radiographic inspections. We surface treat our products by pickling. The markings on the reducers include the manufacturer's name, reduce dimensions, construction material, melt number, and manufacturing standards.
 

Standard-Compliant Stainless Steel Reducers

As proof, you will receive an EN 10253-3/EN 10253-4 certificate. The reducers are manufactured to order and can also be delivered on a short timeline if necessary. Our reducers are excellently suited for demanding applications. Delivery reliability is our promise to you.
